Default The Importance Of Bad Character(s)

I've tried to come up with examples of individuals who surfaced during a series of murders and had significant impact either contemporaneously or in modern times....and while I could come up with a few examples ( Dolezal in the Cleveland Torso Murders....Wearside Jack in the Yorkshire Ripper skein...)...I believe that the Whitechapel Murders have the most.

Le Grand....Cutbush...Grainger....just a few examples.

How about you ? Any more ?
