Wouldn't that be the only way to access, through the abdomen?

I don't think keyhole surgery was available to the Ripper

To get to the uterus? Through the vagina would surely work as well.

Wouldn't that have taken a bit longer? Jack was pressed for time and slicing through the abdomen would have been the fastest way to expose and remove the uterus. Also, removal through the vagina might have damaged the uterus unless someone is a gyno. I think organ harvesting was the motive for the crimes, so Jack wouldn't risk damaging his treasure.

Hello May.

"I think organ harvesting was the motive for the crimes, so Jack wouldn't risk damaging his treasure."

Possibly. But then, in Kate's case, he must have been terribly upset.

Cheers.

I see no posing. So far as I know, no two were the same. Kate, for example had one leg up and one down.

Cheers.

In Jan. 1947, Beth Short, aka "The Black Dahlia", was definitely posed with one leg up and the other down.

I believe Eddowes and Kelly were posed. Jack was becoming more confident.

Default Kate only?

Hello May. Thanks.

So Kate was posed but the others, not?

Cheers.
