Well, probably at least five percent are narcissistic, and that would encompass all the relevant categories here it seems...

or whatever the percentage is who post their every move on Facebook every day.

Nietzsche went loopy in January 1889...and he spent late 1888 in various cities around Europe...hmmm...now there's a book nobody thought of yet...

1. The killer was not Cross/Lechmere (The Anti-Christer)
2. The killer was Tumblety (Ecce Homo)
