I have a provisional title for the second chapter. Bearing in mind that the boys were exiled from Belle Isle to Newton Heath and that my theory is that they were forced to present a united front to the local scuttling gangs...

The story does have three phases, though:

Belle Isle,
Manchester,
Whitechapel (or rather the East End).
