Thank you so much, How.

Gareth, hope the pdf reads OK, esp. the pics of sources. As it happens, you are the very first British person to read my book, and remarkably, the first Welsh person to read it.

Maybe you can write a Welsh review?

PS.: The version I sent you has a tiny but real stupid typo on p. 5, in the Acknowledgements. Hard to miss. :-O It's been corrected in the printed version of the book.

Hi Maria

Not something I know anything about at all...and to be fair, probably way above my head...but most sincere congratulations just the same and I wish you every success...oops...and now I must retire to the kitchen as our brain-damaged-at-birth siamese cat is repeatedly turning on our (almost empty) kettle by falling asleep on the lever...

All the best

Dave

Default congratulations

Hello Maria. Congratulations. (I was ready to do it in German, but I see another chap beat me to the punch.)

Cheers.

Cute about the cat.

I sent it to poor Lynn too.

I also just read the entire thing, which felt like such a Kozminsky thing to do. (Shawl?)

Like the chick in the Oscar Wilde play, who says (paraphrasing) "I always carry my diary along when taking the train. It's nice to have something poignant and suspenseful to read."
