Merry Christmas to all! I suppose it's already Christmas in Australia, for example. It's still Christmas Eve here, about 1:00 in the afternoon.

~~~~~~
Special greetings to Caz & String while thinking about sprouts. I read one of those eat healthy for the holidays things that had a cute suggestion. The idea was to get kids to eat fruits & veggies for Christmas which could be lots of fun if the dishes were red and green. So for a special treat with your kids you can make "veggie kebobs" by spearing roasted beets, SPROUTS and red bell peppers on a skewer.....YUM!
Me too, String....
Nina bought me a copy of East End 1888 by Prof. Fishman.,...and of course, the traditional 5 star meal.
