Default Printing a thread

Hi,

Is there a way to export and save an entire thread as a pdf or text document? Thread tools/Printable version does not work as flipping the pages are still based on hyperlinks.

Nothing nefarious going on, I want some threads to study for an article I'm writing without needing the Internet.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

If I needed to do this, I'd use print screen for each post
of interest. It seldom happens that every post on a thread
is serious or on topic (not a criticism, just how it is).

Good luck

JM:
I don't think it can be done using Internet Explorer....I know it can be done with an Opera browser.

The printing a thread option is on the left hand side.
Hope this helps.

"Printing a thread" is also available using Firefox.

Thanks, How. Good to know.

Thanks all,

How: What's "Internet Explorer"?

The printable version, as I said in my original post, still requires internet to flip the page.

Livia Trivia: Funny that you should respond as it's the Crippen Innocent thread that I'm interested in. Side Question- if you still have the jpeg of the Reno NV article about Crippen's first wife's death and their neighbors suspicions about her being murdered, could you send it to me? makhno9 at gmail dot com.

I'm trying to locate all the good stuff that was worked up on here a couple of years ago regarding Cora's genealogy in an attempt to bring out an article more up to date since the DNA testing first became public.

Thanks!

JM

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Explorer

Jon....one way of locating the Crippen material that Livia posted ( if thats what you're looking for specifically ) is to click on 'community' at top....then members....then her screen name...then on to all her posts....they'll appear.

I think I only posted the transcript How because at that
time I hadn't discovered snagit and didn't know how to
excerpt an article from a full newspaper page.

It's on its way Jon. Let me know if there's anything else
you require.
