Cheers! Most appreciative of the opportunity to join the discussion at this board.
Many thanks to How for the kind welcome and unexpectedly rapid assistance with my registration (and that wee issue with posting. )
I look forward to taking advantage of the vast resources of this board and the encyclopedic knowledge of the experts, researchers and authors here to add much depth and academic background to my interest and research regarding crime in the Victorian East End and Whitechapel.
Edit:...and drat "dangerous" fat-fingering phones for creating spelling "crises"...in the post title you may decipher a misspelled word and reference the proverb: "In the Chinese language, the word "crisis" is composed of two characters, one representing danger and the other, opportunity."
The opportunity to join the discussion here is much appreciated.

"In these matters it is the little things that tell the tales" - Coroner Wynne Baxter during the Nichols inquest.
