Debs:
Unless someone with a Goad's map comes along before too long, I'll try to scan this map I have here for you.
You'll get the answer soon.

This is it now ( I know you need the older one)

Cheers, How. That covers what I asked--my second question is- where was 43 Berner St in relation to 44 Berner St and 22 Batty St on a map

So? 43 BS was a way down in the continuation past the junction with Fairclough St?
Would that be right?

Debs:

Unless I'm not worth a cartographer's damn...Batty Street ends at Fairclough.

Yeah but Berner St doesn't end there? Does it? I'm looking for a visual of where 43 Berner St was in relation to 44 Berner St, How, and hoping I can see where it was also in relation to 22 Batty St.

Debs in 1891, the enumerator, having done some odd numbers in Ellen St, starts at 81 Berner and gets as far as 43 (Fred Juff or Tuff) before changing to even numbers 48 etc past the George IV at 68 (with a barman called Tipple!) up to 74 and then it's 52 Boyd St.
