Default The Limehouse Golem

Not a Ripper related film....The Limehouse Golem has been out for a little bit now.

Anyone see it yet ?

I've been in Lyme all this week. Sadly the cinema here burnt down a while ago and hasn't yet been rebuilt.

Hopefully next week I'll get to see the film. I'm not expecting much in the way of historical accuracy, just looking forward to a ripping yarn starring Bill Nighy.

Hi Gary,

I got the book when it first came out and it was called Dan Leno and the Limehouse Golem. I can't remember too much about it to be honest but I think I enjoyed it. I'll have to give it another go before I get to see the film.

I've seen it Howard. Good in parts, boring in others, predictable ending. I thought it never really got going. Some good sets. Not much else to say.
