Default Booths Poverty Maps

Booths poverty map posted here. Also fantastic resource for those interested in Jewish East End history. Searchable by location or name.
Book lists interviews with Jewish tailors 1888 - 1894 by street, listed names, number of employees.
The oral interviews provide a great depth of information of the daily life as a working Jew in the East end, particularly for those interested in women's work in the East End.

ps. police accompanied the Booth census takers in October 1888 in Jewish quarters, presume for safety reasons. Or a police operation, door to door, targeting suspects involved in recent murders?
