Default The Last Christmas Puzzle

http://www.regiftable.com/regiftingrobinpopup.html

My brother and his boss can't figure out how this is done. I solved it in about 30 seconds. Are Messrs. Linford et.al. up to the task?

Slowpoke;

I figgered it out in 7 seconds.
They've simply put a tiny tape recorder in your ear and listen to what you're thinking and then telegraph it over to the website.

Seriously...its a great trick.

Tim:

Me being a lot more smarter is to your advantage.

Every possible 2 digit number has been tabulated and each of those last digits has been marked ( some more than once ) with a gift.

Try 10.
10-1= 9 9-0= 9
The number 9 is marked with label maker.

There are only 9 possible answers you can land on

9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, & 81

Gimme something hard.

Nice one, Tim. Yes, I see how it's done but I won't spoil it for anyone else who can solve it. Or Howard.
